Don’t forget to smile
Sometimes it may seem as if everything seems bleak, and dull, and just plain awful. In moments like that it is important that something better will come along and that your smile will return. And I do not mean that tiny smile that is like a slight lip twitch, I mean a smile so large your cheeks hurt! So until that moment comes try to cheer up, and practice your smiling. Depression, loneliness, feeling like you want to give up, all those things are awful but they get better, and your smiles speed up the recovery process.
